Marel Food Systems hf. invites market participants and investors to a meeting
where the company's consolidated financial statements for the year 2009 will be
presented. 

The results will be presented by Theo Hoen, CEO, Erik Kaman, CFO and Sigsteinn
Gretarsson, Managing Director of Marel ehf. 

The presentation will be held on Friday, 5 February, at 8:30 a.m., at the
company's headquarters, Austurhraun 9, Gardabaer. 

Breakfast will be served from 8:00.
