City Service consolidated results for the nine months of 2013

City Service announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial Statements
for the nine months of 2013, prepared according to International Financial
Reporting Standards. 

The total consolidated City Service revenue for the nine months of 2013 was LTL
390 million (EUR 113 million). Net profit for the period amounted to LTL 18.2
million (EUR 5.27 million), EBITDA was LTL 39.8 million (EUR 11.53 million),
which is an increase by 53% and 25% accordingly. 

Results of acquisition in Spain shall consolidate in fourth quarter Group
results. Loss of LTL 2,6 million from decline of currency exchange rates had a
negative impact on financial three quarters result, commented Jonas Janukėnas,
General Director of City Service.
