TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

Concerning change of Director General of Kompentecijos ugdymo centras UAB

On 14 October 2008, Vygintas Jasiulis, General Manager of UAB Kometencijos
ugdymo centras, a subsidiary of TEO LT, AB, leaves his position and Donatas
Šedys will be appointed as a new General Manager of UAB Kometencijos ugdymo
centras. Donatas Šedys currently holds a position of Sales and Marketing Unit
Director of UAB Kometencijos ugdymo centras.
