Rokiskio Suris AB - Notification on material event

Regarding financial resources hold by AB „Rokiškio sūris“ in bank Snoras

AB „Rokiskio suris“ informs that the company has acquired a deposit certificate
of LTL 15 million (EUR 4.3 million) of bank „Snoras“. 

The acquired deposit certificate makes around 4.2 per cent of the assets of AB
„Rokiskio suris“ and  7.5 per cent of the authorized capital pursuing the last
publicly announced data of balance sheet (June 30th, 2011).
