PROHA PLC CHANGES ITS NAME TO DOVRE GROUP PLC

The change of Proha Plc's name to Dovre Group Plc is effective from today,
Friday, March 25, 2011. 

The company's trading code on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki changes accordingly from
ART1V to DOV1V. Trading with the new code starts on Monday, March 28, 2011. 

The name change is part of the Group's new growth strategy, which was announced
in February 2011. The name Dovre Group has been in use in the Group's Oil & Gas
Services division, which represented about 90% of the Group's net sales in
2010. The name change supports the Group's objective to build a global company
brand. 

Dovre Group is a global provider of project management services and software.
Dovre Group consists of three divisions: Project Personnel, Consulting, and
Software. In 2010, the Group's net sales were EUR 71 million. Dovre Group
employs over 400 people serving clients in 21 countries worldwide. 

The new name was approved by the Annual General Meeting on March 17, 2011, and
has been entered in the Finnish Trade Register today, March 25, 2011. The
commercial name of the company in Finnish is Dovre Group Oyj and the parallel
company name in English Dovre Group Plc and in Swedish Dovre Group Abp.
