PURCHASE OF MEGAKLINIKKA'S SHARE CAPITAL BROUGHT TO A CONCLUSION

The purchase of Megaklinikka Oy's share capital published by Panostaja Oyj on
27 February 2015 has today been brought to a conclusion as agreed.
