The reason for negotiations is temporary decrease in the demand of Vantaa plant. The negotiation proposal has been given to personnel groups today 23 March 2010. The personnel of Vantaa plant is about 150. The procedure does not change Scanfil plc's statement of 15 February 2010 for sales and profit development for the year 2010.
