PANOSTAJA STRENGTHENS ITS DIGITAL PRINTING BUSINESS AREA WITH PURCHASE OF DOMUS 
PRINT OY                                                                        


Panostaja Oyj's subsidiary Digiprint Finland Oy today acquired 37.5 per cent    
share capital of Domus Print Oy, a provider of digital printing services, from  
Karhukopio Oy. Previously Digiprint Finland owned 37.5 per cent share of Domus  
Print, which means that with this acquisition Panostaja Group's share in the    
Company increases to 75 per cent and the Company becomes a subsidiary of        
Panostaja Group. The CEO of Domus Print Oy, Risto Jalo, owns 25 per cent of the 
Company. With this acquisition Panostaja Oyj further expands its business area  
specialising in digital printing, which previously consists of Kopijyvä Oy and  
Sokonet Oy.                                                                     

Domus Print Oy is an entrepreneur-driven digital printing company, established  
in 1977. It is the leading printing and copying company in Tampere Region. The  
company's set of services include printing services, CAD-services, large format 
prints, marketing tables, exhibition structures and courier services. In        
addition, the Company is the majority owner of translation agency Lingoneer Oy. 
Domus Print Oy is located in Tampere, Hämeenlinna and Helsinki. In the financial
year 2009, company's net sales amounted to EUR 4.3 Million and it has around 40 
employees. The Company's CEO Risto Jalo continues in his position.
