DIVIDEND PER SHARE TO BE PAID ON 3O DECEMBER 2014: EUR 0.28

The dividend per share of Orava Residential Real Estate Investment Trust plc
(trading code OREIT, ISIN code FI4000068614) to be paid on 30 December 2014 is
EUR 0.28.  Ex-dividend date is 11 December 2014 and date of record 12 December
2014. Dividends total EUR 1,206,232.23. 

At the end of June 2014 listed shares (trading code OREITN0114, ISIN-code
FI4000102561) do not entitle holders to dividends in 2014. 

After the abolishment of the difference between the dividend rights of the
company's shares, the company's shares traded under trading codes OREIT and
OREITN0114 (ISIN code FI4000102561) have the same and equal rights, which also
apply to dividends paid in 2015 and after that year. Trading code OREITN0114
will be removed from the main list of the stock exchange on Friday 12 December
2014 after the end of trading. The merger of the shares with OREIT shares will
also take place on the same occasion. The merger will also apply to unlisted
shares (ISIN code FI4000061072).
