Sponda Plc's Chief Financial Officer leaves the company                         


CFO Robert Öhman has decided to leave his position in Sponda Plc. Mr Öhman's    
employment will end by 9 May 2009 at the latest. Senior Vice President, Legal   
Affairs and Treasury, Erik Hjelt, will serve as acting CFO.
