CHANGE IN CENCORP´S MANAGEMENT

Cencorp Corporation     Stock exchange release 1 December 2011 at 15:10 Finnish
time 

Anssi Jansson, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, has accepted a position with
another employer and will resign from Cencorp Corporation. Anssi Jansson works
for Cencorp until 29 February 2012. The search for a successor is under way.
