Neo Industrial releases its financial statements for 2011 on Tuesday, February
28, 2012 at 1 pm instead of February 17, 2012 as previously announced. 

Mr. Markku E. Rentto, Managing Director of Neo Industrial, will give a
presentation for investors, analysts and media at the Neo Industrial's head
