Pöyry PLC: Change in Pöyry PLC's Group Executive Committee

Change in Pöyry PLC's Group Executive Committee

The President of the Management Consulting Business Group and member of Pöyry's
Group Executive Committee, Mr Jarkko Sairanen, will leave Pöyry to join another
company. Jarkko Sairanen will continue in position until 30 April 2016 latest,
allowing for a transition period. The process to find a successor has started.
