New shares in Componenta Corporation entered into the trade register

Componenta Corporation    Stock Exchange Release 22.8.2014 at 8.30

A total of 15,000,000 new shares were subscribed for in Componenta
Corporation's directed share issue. New shares were offered for subscription to
a limited group of selected investors. 

All new shares have been entered into the Trade Register on 22 August 2014.
Following the registration, the total number of the Company´s shares is
44,269,224 shares. The new shares produce the right to dividends and other
distributions of assets as well as other shareholder rights as from the
registration date 22 August 2014. 

Trading in the new shares, alongside the existing shares, is expected to
commence on 26 September 2014, together with new shares to be subscribed in the
share issue to be directed to the public.
