DIGIA WILL START REPORTING TWO BUSINESS SEGMENTS

In its meeting held on 6 February 2014, the board of directors of Digia decided
that from the beginning of 2014 the company will report its figures according
to two business segments, which are Qt and Domestic. 

This decision is based on a structural reorganization that took effect at the
beginning of 2014, in which the company's business has been rearranged to
correspond to the aforementioned segmentation model. 

The Qt segment comprises the company's international Qt software operations.
The Domestic segment covers all of the company's other operations in Finland
and Sweden. 

With this organizational change, the company seeks to improve efficiency by
clarifying and differentiating the goals, business development, reporting and
performance monitoring of different business segments. 

Company will publish pro forma figures for the new segments prior to
publication of the interim report for the first quarter of 2014.
