Hannu Leinonen resigns from the Board of Directors of SRV

SRV Group Plc       Stock Exchange Release 9 September 2009     10.45 a.m. EET  

Hannu Leinonen, Member of the Board of Directors of SRV Group Plc has been      
appointed CEO of Destia Oy. As a result he has requested resignation from the   
membership in the Board of Directors of SRV.                                    

Ilpo Kokkila (chairman), Lasse Kurkilahti (Vice chairman), Jukka Hienonen and   
Matti Mustaniemi will continue in the Board of Directors. A new member for the  
Board of Directors will be elected in the next Annual General Meeting.

Directors the appointment was a loss, but it does not reflect to the operation
