THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF YIT CORPORATION'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS BULLETIN 2008 ON     
FEBRUARY 6, 2009                                                                


YIT Corporation's Financial Statements Bulletin for 2008 will be published on   
Friday, February 6, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. Finnish time (EEST). The stock exchange   
release and presentation materials will be published at that time on the        
company's website at www.yitgroup.com/investors.                                

YIT Corporation's Annual Report and Financial Statements 2008 will be published 
on the company's website at week of Feb 16.                                     

Event for investment analysts and portfolio managers                            

An event for investment analysts and portfolio managers will be held in English 
on Friday, February 6, at YIT's head office, Panuntie 11, 00620 Helsinki,       
Finland. The event starts at 10.00 a.m. Finnish time (EEST).                    

Conference call                                                                 

Analysts and portfolio managers can participate in the event through a          
conference call.
