hereby informs that on 16 November 2015 a letter regarding the intention to
submit a tender offer, aimed at delisting the shares of City Service SE from
trading on AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius was received from the controlling shareholder
of the company UAB “ICOR” (please see the attached document).
