Regarding the Decision of the Court

Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2015-11-17 16:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- “Lietuvos
energijos gamyba”, AB (business ID 302648707, registered office address
Elektrinės g. 21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company') hereby
informs that on 17 November 2015 Vilnius Regional Administrative Court decided
to dismiss the Company's appeals regarding repeal of Resolution No. O3-875 of
the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter referred to
as the ‘Commission') of 30 October 2014 “On recalculation of the price
components of heat production by “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB, Lietuvos
elektrinė” and of Resolution No. O3-934 of the Commission of 11 December 2014
“On unilateral determination of the price of heat production by “Lietuvos
energijos gamyba”, AB, Lietuvos elektrinė”. 

The Company reminds that on 25 May 2015 Vilnius Regional Administrative Court
passed a judgment, whereby it decided to discontinue the administrative case
concerning the Company's appeal of 28 November 2014 regarding repeal of
Resolution No. O3-875 of the Commission of 30 October 2014 “On recalculation of
the price components of heat production by “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB,
Lietuvos elektrinė”. 

The Company appealed against this judgment of Vilnius Regional Administrative
Court, and on 16 September the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania passed
a judgment to satisfy this individual appeal of the Company and remanded the
case to the first instance court as well as established that it is expedient to
combine the case with the dispute regarding repeal of Resolution No. O3-934 of
the Commission of 11 December 2014 “On unilateral determination of the price of
heat production by “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB, Lietuvos elektrinė”. The
latter resolution implements the resolution of the Commission, appealed against
by the Company to Vilnius Regional Administrative Court, regarding Resolution
No. O3-875 of 30 October 2014 “On recalculation of the price components of heat
production by “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB, Lietuvos elektrinė”, which was
published in the Company's notification on a material event of 15 December
2014.
