Agrowill Group AB - Notification on material event

The new member of the Board of Agrowill Group AB is appointed

Mamertas Krasauskas is appointed as a new member of the Board of Agrowill
Group, AB. 
He will replace former member of the Board Mindaugas Juozaitis.

Mamertas Krasauskas has more than ten years experience in fertilizer sector.
Almost ten 
years he held leading positions in one of the biggest companies of Lithuania in
fertilizer 
sector „Arvi fertis“.
