Johanna Metsä-Tokila appointed SRV Group’s SVP, General Counsel

Johanna Metsä-Tokila LL.M., 39, has been appointed SRV Group Plc’s SVP, General
Counsel and a member of the Corporate Executive Team as of 1 June 2016. 

Before SRV, Metsä-Tokila worked in legal affairs at OP Wealth Management as a
lawyer responsible for real estate investment, and also served in various
positions in SRV Group’s legal department between 2003 and 2014.

affairs, who has diverse work experience of both the building industry and real
estate investment. SRV currently has good, positive momentum and a number of
interesting projects under way that require a high level of legal expertise.
