EFORE PLC’S FINANCIAL REPORTING DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2013

Exchange Release    October 25, 2012   at 9.00 a.m. 

The fiscal year of Efore Plc will end on October 31, 2012. The Financial
Statements Bulletin will be published on December 13, 2012. The Annual General
Meeting will be held on February 7, 2013. 

Efore Plc will publish three interim reports in the financial period from
November 1, 2012 to October 31, 2013 according to following schedule: 

November 1, 2012 - January 31, 2013 (3 months)    March 5, 2013
November 1, 2012 - April 30, 2013 (6 months)      May 23, 2013
November 1, 2012 - July 31, 2013 (9 months)       August 29, 2013

The Annual Report for 2012 will be published during the week 3 in January 2013.
