The issue of convertible bonds was subscribed and paid

Alytus, Lithuania, 2011-05-02 17:25 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 2 May 2011 was
signed and paid AB Snaige unadvertised convertible 43,000 bonds issue with
nominal value of LTL 100 and 9 percent annual interest rate. Nominal value of
the issue is LTL 4,300,000. Redemption of bonds is on 2 Маy 2013.
