Interim report and financial statements for I half of 2009 of AB Utenos trikotažas

AB "Utenos trikotažas" company sales of the first half of 2009 reached LTL 33,8
million (EUR 9,8 million), and accordingly was by 36% less than of the same
period in 2008. The Comapny earned LTL 1,4 mln. (EUR 0,4 mln.) profit from
typical operations and LTL 0,5 mln. Lt ( EUR 0,1 mln.) net profit, and in the
same period in 2008 incured LTL 2,4 mln. (EUR 0,7 mln.) loss from typical
operations and net loss was 3,6 mln. Lt (1 mln. EUR). 
 Consolidated Group sales of the first half of 2009 reached LTL 39,4 million
(EUR 11,4 million) and accordingly was 34% less than of the same period in
2008. The Group earned LTL 1,3 mln. (EUR 0,4 mln.) profit from typical
operations and LTL 0,2 mln. Lt ( EUR 0,05 mln.) net profit, and in the same
period in 2008 incured LTL 4,4 mln. (EUR 1,3 mln.) loss from typical operations
and net loss was 5,9 mln. Lt (1,7 mln. EUR). 
AB "Utenos trikotažas" company sales of the second quarter of 2009 reached LTL
16,7 million (EUR 4.82 million) and accordingly was by 26% less than of the
same period in 2008. The Comapny earned LTL 0,7 mln. (EUR 0,2 mln.) profit from
typical operations and LTL 0,3 mln. Lt ( EUR 0,07 mln.) net profit, and in the
same period in 2008 incured LTL 3,3 mln. (EUR 1 mln.) loss from typical
operations and net loss was 3,9 mln. Lt (1,1 mln. EUR). 
Consolidated Group sales of the second quarter of 2009 reached LTL 19,1 million
(EUR 5.5 million), and accordingly was by 23%  less than of the same period in
2008. The Group earned LTL 0,6 mln. (EUR 0,02 mln.) profit from typical
operations and incured LTL 1,1 mln. Lt ( EUR 0,3 mln.) net loss because of the
range of the currency (UAH) which is shown in financial activity, but that did
not make influence to cash flow. The Group incured LTL 4,8 mln. (EUR 1,4 mln.)
loss from typical operations and net loss was 4,1 mln. Lt (1,2 mln. EUR) in the
same period of 2008.
