Regarding to election of new Deputy Chief Executive Officers of AB Ukio bankas

Hereby we announce that on 9 November 2012 by the decision of the Board of AB
Ukio bankas, Rolandas Balandis, Deputy Chairman of the Board - Head of
Financial Markets Division and Marius Arlauskas, Member of the Board - Head of
Financial Institutions and Fund Raising Department were elected as new Deputy
Chief Executive Officers of AB Ukio bankas. AB Ukio bankas' Deputy Chief
Executive Officer - Head of IT Division Saulius Valdsteinas who was in office
till 9 November 2012, will continue to work as Head of IT Division.
