Sanitas AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the sole shareholder of the company

AB Sanitas (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs that following coming
into force of the decision of the Vilnius City Local Court, dated 6 June 2013
in the civil case No. 2-4148-910/2013 on 8 July 2013 (the Company has informed
on the adoption of the decision on 7 June 2013 by notifying a material event)
and based on it making of entries in the Company's shareholders personal
securities accounts by AB FMĮ “Finasta”, the squeeze-out of Company's shares
was finalized and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. became a sole
shareholder of the Company on 16 July 2013.
