2015 AB „ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS“ received from its shareholder UAB „MINERALINIAI
VANDENYS“ a notification on acquisition of voting rights. The threshold that
was crossed - 95%, the reason for crossing the threshold - implementation of
the mandatory non-competitive tender offer.
