Activity results for the first half of 2009. Unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2009 and unaudited 6 months consolidated interim report

Consolidated unaudited net profit of Sanitas AB group for the first half of
2009 amounted to LTL 2,474 thousand (€ 717 thousand). EBITDA of Sanitas AB
group amounted to LTL 32,733 thousand (€ 9,480 thousand). Group‘s sales for the
first half of the year amounted to LTL 153,320 thousand (€ 44,405 thousand). 

Unaudited interim condensed consolidated Sanitas AB financial statements for
the period ended 30 June 2009 and unaudited 6 months consolidated report
