Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the amended Law on Nuclear Power Plant of the Republic of Lithuania

On August 4, 2009 in “Valstybės žinios” has been published the law on Nuclear
Power Plant and related legal acts, regarding further activities of national
investment company LEO LT, AB, which owns 71,35 percent of Rytų skirstomieji
tinklai AB shares.
