Notification on material event

January 25h, 2011 by the decision of the AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ Supervisory
Board was revoked member of the Management Board of Vilniaus degtine AB
Renaldas Barauskas and elected new member of the Management Board of Vilniaus
degtine AB - Juozas Daunys. Juozas Daunys has also changed Renaldas Barauskas
as Deputy General Manager of Vilniaus degtine AB.
