We hereby announce that on 30 December 2015 licences for public supply of
electricity, distribution of electricity and distribution of natural gas, were
issued to Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (reg. no. 304151376, registered
office placed at Aguonų St. 24, LT-03212, Vilnius) by the National Commission
for Energy Control and Prices. 

The National Control Commission for Prices and Energy also decided to withdraw
the licences for public supply of electricity, distribution of electricity
issued for LESTO AB ant the licences for distribution and natural gas supply
issued for Lietuvos Dujos AB from 1 January 2016.
