Regarding the information provided in the media on draft profit (loss) appropriation of company group ALITA AB

ALITA, AB (hereinafter, the “Company”), in response to the information
published in the notice with the title “Shall cover the losses” on 10 April
2012 in the daily Verslo Žinios (page 10) (and the respective information
provided on its internet page www.vz.lt), hereby clarifies that the decrease of
the share capital of the Company by the amount of LTL 24,028 thou. or EUR 6,959
thou., by covering the undistributed loss, as well as the shareholders'
contributions of LTL 5,261 thou. or EUR 1,524 thou. for covering the Company's
losses, referred to in the approved draft profit (loss) appropriation provided
to the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company (convened on 27
April 2012) have been mentioned for information purposes only, as the event of
the year 2011 that influenced the calculation of the losses at the end of 2011.
The presented draft decision of the annual general meeting of shareholders of
the Company does not suggest further decreases of the share capital nor
additional contributions from shareholders in 2012.
