Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2009

A total of 273 620 Cramo Plc's new shares were subscribed for during the period
between 1 July 2013 and 30 September 2013 under the company's stock option
rights 2009. The entire subscription price of EUR 2 771 770.60 will be entered
in the paid-in capital. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of
Cramo Plc shares will increase to 42 844 333. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade
Register on 14 October 2013, as of which date the new shares will establish
shareholder rights. Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
on 15 October 2013. 

The share subscription period for stock options 2009 is between 1 October 2012
and 31 December 2013. Each stock option 2009 entitles its holder to subscribe
for 1.3 Cramo shares. By 30 October 2013 a total of 273 620 Cramo Plc's new
shares were subscribed for under the stock option rights 2009 and a total of
606 023 stock option rights 2009 remain unexercised. The outstanding stock
options 2009 entitle to a total of 787 829 shares in Cramo.
