Sponda signs credit agreements totalling EUR 650 million

Sponda signs credit agreements totalling EUR 650 million                        

Sponda Plc has signed a syndicated credit agreement for EUR 550 million and a   
EUR 100 million credit limit facility.                                          

The syndicated loan is for 5 years and its margin at the time of signing was    
1.50 percentage points. Syndicated loan consists of EUR 400 million bank loan
and EUR 150 million revolving credit. The loan is being used in its entirety
for refinancing existing loans. The terms for the loans are similar to those
for Sponda's other loans and the main covenants are linked to the equity ratio
and the interest cover ratio. 

The lead banks for the syndicated loan are Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Pohjola Bank
plc, SEB and Sampo Bank plc, and the other participating banks are Swedbank and 
DnB NOR. The syndicated loan will be co-ordinated by Nordea.                    

The EUR 100 million credit limit, that acts as a back-stop facility to          
commercial paper program was signed with Sampo Bank plc and is for 3 years.
