Kauno Energija AB - Notification on material event

Information regarding started payment of dividends to AB “Kauno energija” shareholders

 On 26th of June, 2012 AB “Kauno energija” has got the last permission from
banks regarding payment of dividends from Company's 2011 year profit to
Company's shareholders and on 27th of June, 2012 it started to pay those
dividends in accordance with the decision of General Meeting of Shareholders of
AB “Kauno energija” from 30th of April, 2012. The Company will pay LTL 10,683
million of dividends.
