Fiskars - Financial Calendar

Fiskars financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2013 


Fiskars Corp.       Stock Exchange Release      December 13, 2012 at 09:00 EET

Fiskars Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2013 as follows:

- Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2012 on February 7, 2013

- Interim Report for January - March on May 3, 2013

- Interim Report for January - June on August 2, 2013

- Interim Report for January - September on November 1, 2013


The Annual Report for the year 2012 will be published as on online Annual
Report during week 8. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki, Finland, on March 14, 2013
at 15.00. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date. A
shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General
Meeting should submit such request in writing by January 10, 2013 to Fiskars
Corporation, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 130, 00561 Helsinki, Finland. 

Fiskars financial reports will be published in Finnish, Swedish and English,
and they are also available on Fiskars' website www.fiskarsgroup.com
immediately after publication.
