Lietuvos Dujos AB - Notification on material event

Re extension of time periods

Pursuant to par. 5 and 9 of the Republic of Lithuania Government Resolution No
257 of 7 March 2012, AB Lietuvos Dujos by letter of 15 March 2012, requested
the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (hereinafter “the
Commission”) to extend the time periods provided for by par. 5 and 9 until 31
May 2012 for the adoption of the decisions by AB Lietuvos Dujos regarding the
selection of the method of the unbundling of the gas transmission activity and
control and the legal, functional and organizational unbundling of the gas
distribution activity and for the submission to the Commission of a
comprehensive description of the selected methods for activity and control
unbundling together with the plan of actions to be performed. 

On 20 March 2012, the Commission approved the time period extension until 31
May 2012.
