Citycon commences collaborative negotiations in Finland aiming at renewing its operating model

Citycon plans to reorganize its business operations to increase efficiency,
gain synergies and reduce costs. 

Statutory collaborative negotiations are commenced in the Finnish Business Unit
concerning the planned reorganization and outcomes, including possible
personnel reduction measures. The company's current estimate is that the
planned reorganization may lead to a personnel reduction of 14 employees, at
most, and also substantial changes in job descriptions or other terms of
employment. 

The collaborative negotiations concern about 60 employees of Citycon's Finnish
business operations.
