Componenta strengthens the management of on-going strategic projects and appoints new CFO

Componenta Corporation strengthens the management of on-going strategic
projects in the Netherlands by appointing current Group CFO Mika Hassinen to
lead the joint venture with Ferromatrix NV and the consolidation of
Componenta's Dutch units with full dedication. Mika Hassinen will continue as
Managing Director of Componenta BV and Deputy to the CEO and as a member of
Corporate Executive Team. He reports to President and CEO Heikki Lehtonen. 

Henri Berg, M.Sc (Economics), M.Sc. (Political Science), has been appointed as
new Group CFO and a member of the Corporate Executive Team. Previously he has
held many financial managerial positions at Componenta Corporation and Stora
Enso Oyj, latest position being Vice President, Finance and Controlling,
Componenta Corporation. Henri Berg reports to President and CEO Heikki
Lehtonen. 

The mentioned changes will come into force on 1 November 2015.
