TELESTE'S FINANCIAL REPORTING SCHEDULE AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2016

Teleste Corporation will publish its Financial Statements Bulleting for 2015
and three Interim Reports in 2016 as follows: 

February 4, 2016 - Financial Statements Bulletin for 2015
April 28, 2016 - Interim Report for January-March 2016
August 11, 2016 - Interim Report for January-June 2016
November 2, 2016 - Interim Report for January-September 2016

The Annual Report for 2015 will be published at www.teleste.com during week
11/2016. 

Teleste Corporation's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday,
April 7 2016, at 3 pm EET in Helsinki.  Teleste's Board of Directors will
summon the meeting at a later date.
