Publishing of the Offering Circular Related to Technopolis Plc's Share Offering Technopolis Plc (the “Company”) publishes an offering circular relating to the share offering of a maximum of 12,088,836 new shares in the Company. The terms and conditions of the share offering were published in a separate stock exchange release on 15 May 2012. The Finnish language offering circular, approved today by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority, consists of registration document and offering note, and will be available on the Company's Internet site www.technopolis.fi as from 18 May 2012. The offering circular is estimated to be available at the subscription places of the share offering as from 18 May 2012.
