Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

Concerning the permission to register the changes of the Articles of Association

The Bank of Lithuania Board allowed Bank SNORAS to register the change of the
Articles of Association related to increasing the authorized capital of the
Bank 158 568 327 Litas up to 411 922 567 Litas, which were adopted during the
extraordinary general meeting of the Bank's shareholders that was held on 10
September 2008.
