ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code LT0000128449. 

Announce that acting by the Terms of Reorganisation of LESTO AB and public
limited liability company Lietuvos Dujos, that were approved on 3 December 2015
by the Extraordinary General meeting of LESTO AB, on 11 December 2015 Energijos
Skirstymo Operatorius AB was registered in the Register of Legal Entities of
the Republic of Lithuania. Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (reg. no.
304151376, registered office placed at Aguonų str. 24, LT-03212, Vilnius) will
take over the assets, rights and obligations of the said companies under the
procedure stated in conditions of Reorganization.
