Timari Plc's agreement with its market maker to end

TIIMARI PLC'S MARKET MAKER                                                      

Tiimari Plc's market maker Remium AB has decided to withdraw from the Finnish   
market. Tiimari Board of Directors resolved to cease utilizing a market maker in
the future. Remium ceases to act as the market maker for Tiimari Plc on July 23,
2009.
