The upgrade is meant for raising the network capacity from 450 MHz to 630 MHz enabling bi-directional services for digital TV as well as broadband data and telephony. In the project Teleste will be delivering its Germany specific BK-Optiflex amplifier products for the upgrade of the coaxial access networks. The deliveries will take place during the latter half of 2007. Teleste, an international technology group founded in 1954, is specialized in broadband data communication systems and solutions.
