Klaipedos Nafta - Interim information

Interim financial information regarding the three months of 2014

SC Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter - the Company) net profit for the three months
of 2014 amounts to LTL 6.9 million (EUR 2.0 million) or less by 47.8 per cent
if compared to the same period of 2013 - LTL 13.2 million (EUR 3.8 million). 

The Company's sales income during the three months of 2014 amounts to LTL 30.9
million (EUR 8.9 million); or less 26.7 per cent if compared to the same period
of 2013 - LTL 42.2 million (EUR 12.2 million). 

The transhipment activity in the 1st quarter of 2014 was lower comparing to the
same period of 2013: 

• Orlen Lietuva, AB reduced the refinery because of unfavorable global oil
refining margins and correspondingly the export through the terminal of the
Company; 

• The transit oil products from Russian and Belorussian refineries has reduced
in 2014 comparing to 2013 because of increased competition of the Russian
ports. 

• The transhipment volume in the 1st quarter of 2013 was the largest (record)
in the history of the Company.
