Due to a protocol of intent

JSC "Klaipedos juru kroviniu kompanija" and a Dutch company have signed a
protocol of intent to discuss the negotiation actions aimed at signing a
contract (contracts) on future possibility to load at KLASCO 1-1.5 million tons
of granite used to cover the Nord Stream pipeline on the sea bed. Since the
terms and conditions of the potential contract have not been discussed in
detail, as well as due to confidentiality obligations set forth in the protocol
of intent, we cannot disclose more information on the potential contract or the
Dutch company.
