Islandsbanki hf.: Concludes commercial paper offering

Íslandsbanki hf. has today offered 6 and 12 month commercial paper to investors.
Offers totaling ISK 3,760 million were received and offers worth ISK 2,640
million were accepted.

The  nominal amount sold in the 6-month series was ISK 2,640 million at a 4.30%
simple  rate. Total  offers received  amounted to  ISK 3,440 million at rates of
4.29% - 4.40%.

The  12-month series  received offers  amounting to  ISK 320 million at rates of
4.39% - 4.65%. All offers were declined at this time.
