City Service consolidated results for the year 2011 


City Service announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial Statements
for the year 2011, prepared according to International Financial Reporting
Standards. 

Consolidated revenue of City Service for 2011 was LTL 542.4 million (EUR 157
million), compared to LTL 541.8 million (EUR 157 million) for the year 2010.
Last year 62 % of Group's revenue was produced in foreign markets. 

The consolidated net profit for 2011 reached LTL 29.4 million (EUR 8.5 million)
and grew by 15% in comparison with LTL 25.5 million (EUR 7.4 million), in 2010.
EBITDA for 2011 comprised LTL 42.7 million (EUR 12.4 million). In 2010 EBITDA
was LTL 35.7 million (EUR 10.3 million).
