NEW CFO FOR RAISIO

Antti Elevuori, M.Sc. (Econ.) has been appointed as CFO of Raisio plc and a
member of the management team of Raisio Group as of 3 December 2014. Elevuori
has been serving in different positions in Raisio Group's financial
administration and business development since 2003. Prior to his appointment as
CFO he has been acting as Financial Director in Raisio's Consumer Brands Unit
in the United Kingdom.

Raisio Group briefly
